A bourbon that isn’t driven by heavy caramels and vanilla. A bourbon that is blended for a point of difference with stocks of the distilleries own now. A wonderful addition to your daily sipper cabinet.
High West was always abit of an illusion to me. Not easy to find in the UK, some very unusual titles and art work that is reminiscent of wanted posters from the late 1800’s. I’ve been a fan of their rarer options that I’ve been able to get hold of, but at £40 a bottle, the American Praire Bourbon is a must have. Cheers!
